Zhi Liu is currently an Associate Professor at The University of Electro-Communications, Japan. His research interest includes video network transmission and mobile edge computing. He is now an editorial board member of Springer wireless networks and IEEE Open Journal of the Computer Society. He is a senior member of IEEE.
报告内容:
Smart grid plays an important role in our daily life and need to be maintained and monitored in a timely manner. This is more challenging in special places, such as mountainous areas. Mobile IT infrastructure becomes a promising option to solve this problem. This talk will discuss its placement, communication/compensation optimization and application.
